TEAM LEADER - PRIORITY BANKING (WEALTH)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Manage a team of Priority RMs (Wealth Manager) in effective generation of business while adhering to Operational guidelines.

Streamlining the performance by timely training on products & services. Regular review of team's performance.

Training on processes and operational efficiency to ensure efficient, timely and prompt redressal of client issues and needs.

Recruitment of new candidatures for the branch.

Complete authority and responsibility of heading the branch in the absence of Branch Head.

Handling High Net worth Individuals & business accounts & their entire relationship with the bank in terms of Savings & Current accounts, Investments, Insurance, Home loan, Personal loan, Credits cards & Forex Transactions.

Portfolio Management & investment solutions to the customers by financial need analysis & need based conversations. Monitoring clients portfolio performance and conducting profitability analysis rendering sustained advisory services for securing high return on investments & thus increasing retention levels.

Analysing business potential, conceptualising & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets. Handling of the Asset products from signing up of the service till the disbursal and post-sale services.
