Job description

Managing and monitoring directly a team of Premium Acquisition Manager to achieve and exceed the assigned revenue, contribution and footings targets, for the Retail Segment.

Span of control: Will manage Mumbai

Product Range: High value Current Account & Saving Account

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Acquisition

- Achieve the targets set for the team in terms of clients.

- Constantly develop and manage alternate channels for sourcing and referrals.

- Participate in Sales calls individually or with Premium Acquisition Manager to acquire large prospective customers.

People Management

- Manage, Motivate, Mentor and develop the team.

- Lead a team of Premium Acquisition Manager (including recruiting, motivating and coaching employees to deliver goals)

- Successfully develop and retain talented individuals
