Our client, a leading India MNC Conglomerate based in Mumbai, is seeking a Team Leader - Organisation Effectiveness

Role: Team Leader - Organisation Effectiveness

Experience: 6 to 8 yrs of working experience including minimum 6 years relevant experience for this position.

Reporting To: Vice President HR

Job Purpose: The role requires working closely with the Group Head - OE to implement specific initiatives at Business and at Group level. This requires independently designing and executing the group-wide key strategic HR process & initiatives that help deliver this vision.

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates who have experience in change management, culture management etc.
