Team Leader - Operations ( Financial Spreading & MRA) (6-9 yrs)

The candidate will work on the Financial statement Spreading and Compliance check Process.

Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing and supervising production team members working on actives related to loan servicing tasks,

Accountable for ensuring quality accuracy and customer experience metrics goals are met. Develops and implements operational, servicing, procedures, methods and work system.

7 + years- experience in financial Statement Spreading and compliance check and 3+ years team lead or management experience

- Able to work with high volumes of work and strict time lines and service level agreements - Experience in a designated management position

- Demonstrated strengths in leadership, coaching, problem solving & interpersonal communication - Knowledge of workflow in a production environment

- Excellent communication skills to include both verbal and written - Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to demonstrate change management skills to effectively manage a high level of process and procedural adjustments - Excellent leadership and motivational skills

- Excellent collaboration and partnering skills

- Ability to deliver superior customer service

- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications Preferred Qualifications:

- Good knowledge of LEAN and end-to-end loan processing to solve problems and drive process improvements Supervisor will:

- Directly manage team of Operational Processor

- Support in process expansion, staffing and new hire training

- Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices

- Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures

- Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department

- Interface with India and US based managers on production, quality and security guidelines

- Conduct performance reviews for assigned Analysts

- Support operations in smooth transitioning of work to EGS

- Analyze and interpret complex data

- Effectively communicate with Stakeholders

- Manage stringent Service Levels .

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word; Microsoft Access is preferred
