Team Leader/Manager - Risk Operation - BFS

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides services covering performance measurement, compliance monitoring, risk measurement, data integrity, and index data oversight.

- Develops and implements process control procedures, and recommends solutions (strategic/tactical) post detailed analysis to recurring operations problems.

- Day to day relationship management with stakeholders globally.

- Should be completely aware and periodically review Risk related issues.

- Preparing investment performance reports.

- Performance attribution analysis and risk reporting.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Strong knowledge of Investment performance measurement and attribution.

- Excellent Communication skill

- Knowledge of financial products and financial instruments.

- Strong people management experience
