YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR : - Working with Marketing Operational teams- processes to enable end to end marketing lifecycle that maximizes speed to market. - Managing end to end Lead Management process including lead loading, routing., scoring processes - Managing Salesforce.com marketing modules including Campaign Management, Lead processes and governance - Managing Data Quality processes to ensure clean Account & Contact data quality in key accounts - Managing the Salesforce.com campaign tracking process for key events - Making sure that marketing campaigns are accurately reflected in Marketing Management System THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: - 8-12 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM & Data Quality roles projects - Expertise in managing campaign marketing, lead management & data quality processes - Experience in CRM Databases, Campaign Management, Email, Web publishing - 4+ years of experience in Salesforce - Team management and stakeholder management experience is must - Understanding of global markets is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders. - A high-performance culture with phenomenal career progression.
