Team Lead - Large Business Relationship
Education : Postgraduate/Graduate
Experience : Prior experience of min. 12 years in Business Banking, leading a team acquiring in similar client segments.
HR Grade : DVP/VP1
Incentive / Performance Bonus : Performance Bonus
Reports to : Product Head - CA, TASC & Retail CMS
Key Responsibility :
- Create focus on acquiring large business relationships in defined segments through initiating sales efforts or creating an influencer channel for sustainable lead flows
- Responsible for handling a team of 15 to 20 Relationship Managers, Hiring, Managing, setting performance standards, ensure productivity, monitoring results, conduct reviews & take actions.
- Increase understanding, Knowledge & focus of Sales FTE in Branch Banking to maximize the CA acquisition with evolved needs / use cases across job profiles.
- Understanding industry best practises, creating alliances with industry association, handling of escalations, other additional responsibility assigned by Line management
- Frequent travelling to various locations to initiate local area plans along with the LBR RM and local branches and maximize business.
