Team Leader - Inside Sales - Startup

Hiring an enthusiastic Team Leader, who is very proactive, energetic and can lead a team of 5 members.

Well funded startup growing fast. We require a candidate who is really good in UK and US market and has a great leadership abilities and work in Night shifts. Preferred work timing is 6:30pm to 3:30am

- Lead an inside sales team to meet & exceeds sales goals. Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver results.

- Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified prospects. Lead and schedule team meetings with sales team and leadership.

- Coach and develop direct reports. Work with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.

- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.

- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve prospecting process.

- Practice company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.

- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.

- Train and ensure adherence to sales process.
