Job Description for Team Leader

- Responsible a handling a team of Equity Relationship Manager who would be interacting with Retail and HNI clients for conversion, Retention, advisory and acquisition and driving business .

- Responsible for Revenue generation, number of client converted and acquired and business generated from the respective catchment .

- To handle clients, provide service support and enhance revenues and acquire HNI clients

- To conduct Knowledge programs for customers investing in Equities and product penetration .

- Responsible for product knowledge and competency building of team and implementations of processes for sales efficiency.

Salary Range: 6 - 10 LPA
