Primary Purpose: To ensure healthy Employee Relations by maintaining end to end process of
Employee life cycle in the organization starting from the Induction till the Exit of an employee.
Team Leader - Employee Care - (IC Role)
Key Accountabilities /Activities:
- Effectively Managing New Hire Orientation for New Hires.
- Manage effectively Reward and Recognition programs to boost employee performance and Motivate employees.
- To roll out Internal Employee satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback, preparing action plans Based on the results, and tracking action plans to closure.
- Addressing employee grievances in an effective manner with a tracking mechanism
- To ensure smooth functioning.
- Supporting Operations in controlling attrition by ensuring prescribed coverage of
- Employees in exit Interviews and ensuring that the findings of the Exit Interviews for resigned
- Employees are shared with operations on timely basis, separation trends identified and action
plan devised to Address key drivers of attrition.
- Conducting career counseling sessions and Ability to innovate and implement different methods to drive employee retention.
Work Relations:
- Employee Touch Points: Conducting open houses /focus groups/skips and one o one meetings with the employees, team leaders and operation managers and closing all grievances.
- Employee Communication: Ensuring effective communication of HR policies and
Processes to Operations.
- Employee Engagement: Implementing employee engagement activities planned for the month like Birthday Celebrations, Corporate Anniversary Celebrations, fun activities etc.
- Coordinating Full and Final settlement of the exiting employees.
- Coordinating attendance/leave management for the employees
- Qualification: Regular MBA - HR from Top 25 MBA institutes is must. MBA through correspondence or executive MBA courses shall not be considered.

- Effective verbal as well as written communication skills.
- Effective people skills as well as networking skills.
- Ability to "think outside the box", report status to stakeholders, take corrective actions, risk mgmt.

Work Environment
- Working Hours: 9 Hours per day with 5 days a week (Should be flexible to work in 24 X 7 Work Environment).
