Team Leader - Digitization - BFS

The Team Leader-Digitization role is based with an Reputed Large Indian Financial services in Mumbai.

Principal Accountabilities :

As a Tech lead of the Digital COE, has to bridge the gap between physical and digital in all aspects in the enterprise. He will Collaborate with managers from product, operations, business heads and marketing team to define and deliver our next generation digital end state. In this process he is expected to remove friction and ensure cost optimization.

The candidate will also run the PMO, will project manage multiple compelling digital solutions at a time in support of over all business growth and scale.

- He will analyze and manage technology cost drivers to ensure efficient scale and support of platform capabilities, recommend public and private cloud migration.

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and its relevance with our business, looks for opportunity to leverage new evolving technology for providing first time advantage in the market.

The right candidate will collaborate with analytics team and will be involved in creation of all digital ecosystem including real- time event ingestion, data lake, cloud ready to drive our future customer experiences via mobile, web, virtual agents, chat bots, etc.
