Job opportunity with a Refractory products manufacturer: Designation: Customer Service Team Leader Region responsible for: West Asia and Africa Reporting to: Business Unit Head We are currently looking for : - A professional who wants to continue his or her career as a Customer Service Team Leader. You will be a core member of a new and innovative challenging project and part of the implementation process, you will also act together with the team as an interface between customer and the company - The aim the Customer Service Team Leader is to ensure the overall operational effectiveness and performance of the Customer Service team, acting as link between Commercial Directors and the team, supervising and managing coordination of process execution and giving operational support in order to achieve the company's goals while implementing and following the valid the company internal guidelines and policies within the team.
