Core Responsibilities
- Managing and controlling the operating framework for the department, providing guidance and support and ensuring implementation in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement
- Ensuring the steady flow of CMS & Capital Markets management services business.
- Ensuring that client servicing is appropriate and consistently maintained at a high level.
- Meeting agreed revenue targets for CMS & Capital Markets management business.
- Meeting agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions.
- Formulating and implementing processes for specific CMS & Capital Markets transactions wherever applicable.
- Regularly liaising with internal and external contacts to promote banks CMS & Capital Markets services business.
- People Management or Self- Management Responsibilities:
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote CMS & Capital Markets products
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities:
- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, and reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
