Team Leader - Corporate Lending - NBFC

- Handling team & Building the business platform and planning for different multi- asset class corporate finance products and the way they are positioned in the market. Grow the business in line with organization's long term goals.

- Ensuring targeted levels of P&L for the BU and to deliver expected profits and RONW through a healthy mix of different corporate products.

- Maintain Portfolio Quality for all SBUs.

- Periodic inputs to analytics and MIS for performance planning and assessment.

- Handle periodic audit reviews of all SBUs. Get inputs from the auditors and address the concerns if any raised in the audit report. Take corrective measures and implement improvements/changes needed.

- Define the goals of the organization at a macro level and drill down the goals of BU 3 and further drill down the goals at SBU levels and then at individual levels. Establish performance expectations and regularly review performance through set goals and providing regular feedback for improvement at the same time acknowledging achievements and good performance.
