Team Leader - Corporate Banking

Job Title/ Designation : Team Leader- Corporate Banking (Handling More than 1000CR turnover)

Job Purpose : The primary responsibility will be to develop new businesses for the various offerings of the bank under the control and direction of Regional Business Head.

Job Description :

- Business Development for cash, trade, lending /structured products, treasury, debt capital markets, investment banking/advisory and liquidity management products

- Prepares yearly Business development plan in line with the bank strategy for corporate clients

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensure strong relationship with existing clients

- Initiates credit approval process for each new client and annual reviews

- Responsible for articulation of the customer requirements as input to product development teams

- Achievement of target set in yearly budget for new and existing clients

- Develop a healthy pipeline of proposals for disbursements

- Monitor the performance of the account client

- Hiring, retention, managing, coaching, mentoring and monitoring the performance of his team
