Job Responsibilities: The Contract Manager, India is responsible for the overall contract management of supply &amp; installation business of Interface with local/global customers and ensuring smooth invoice submission execution coordinating through the various functional teams based in different location in India. The area of responsibility for this role requires thorough knowledge of contract management &amp; Invoice submission. The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company's operations to front end contract management with customer and facilitate accelerating invoice submission process and long-term partnership with customers. ACCOUNTABILITIES - Create, prepare, review and edit Contracts with Local &amp; Global Customers in India.&nbsp; - Lead in Contract Management to govern the commercial elements in the contract and subcontract compliance. - Early engagement during RFQ/RFP &amp; Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation and management. - Front end coordination with customer for contracts &amp; Invoice Submission. - Responsible for Vendors contract &amp; compliance for invoice submission documents. - Protect company margin during the entire process, including control on consumptions. - Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. - Ensure the business processes of invoice submission are well coordinated, efficient, productive and compliant by managing its operating procedures working through the respective stake holders at various locations in India. - Drive collaboration over various work streams and enforce best practices for operational efficiency, including benchmarking with operations across Asia Pacific. - Work closely with other key stakeholders, Sales, Finance &amp; Operations to ensure that the end to end deliverables of business objectives are met in proactive manner. - Review current operating processes and procedures and recommend areas of improvement/enhancement. Ensure compliance of operating processes and procedures are met through the organisation - Lead the zonal coordinators in ensuring the establishment of an effective and efficient invoice submission model for India, meeting quality, service and cost targets. - Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes. - To drive the continuous development of a more sustainable operations footprint in India. ROLE REQUIREMENTS - Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology with at least 10 to 12 years- experience in Contract management, invoicing/billing operations preferably with Techno commercial background in Building Material or similar industry.&nbsp; - Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines - Strong and proven people leadership and development skills with good judgement - High commercial awareness and understanding with a focus on the customer - Collaborative team player who foster a win-win working relationship - Up to date knowledge of best practice in Contract Management - A proven track record for putting compliance first. Qualification: - LLB/LLM Graduate - At least 10 to 12 years of experience in total - At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Contract Management experience in Building materials or similar Project-Supply-Installation industry. - At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Billing operations or Invoice submission process. Competencies - Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology - Strong written and spoken English skills - Skilled in use of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook or similar email - Good relationship building skills and influencing capabilities. - Strong personal credibility and integrity. - Strong attention to detail and precision in their work.
