Team Leader - B2C Sales - Education

Location : Powai Mumbai

Requirement : Min 3 yrs experience in Sales, Should have handled a team of 6 or more members

Role involves handling following responsibilities :

- Oversee Inside sales & B2C Sales 

- Recruit, Train, and Coach the sales team

- Sales projections 15 days in advance

- Set goals, measure, audit, performance of each team member

- Develop sales target, with deadline

- Prepare sales reports and strategy recommendations

- Keep informed of new products and services
