Team Leader - Actuarial Valuation - Insurance

Candidate will lead a large number of client projects within an internal service center for the US Retirement Practice.

- Manage clients, projects, and team members to meet or exceed client expectations. You will work with client teams across the US Retirement Practice.

- Oversee a diverse team of pension analysts and senior analysts and actuaries.

- Deliver superior, consistent project management for assigned clients:

- Develop and manage project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teams

- Manage client team expectations and raise appropriate issues to Lead Retirement Consultant

- Perform technical review of work products

- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively with client teams in offices across the US Retirement Practice and demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with colleagues at all levels

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 6 years + of performing core retirement work and an in-depth understanding of the funding of and accounting for defined benefit plans and other post retirement benefit plans

- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- Possess or expect to be able to quickly develop advanced knowledge of internal company tools

- Must have some Actuarial qualification

(May be cleared some actuarial papers)

Work Hours : US shift

US Shifts 10:30 PM - 07:30 AM

Location: Mumbai.
