The Team Leader will be managing end-to-end activities related to Accounting & Reporting activities related to General Ledger, Inter company & Fixed Assets; Master Data Governance System (MDGS) management within agreed timelines and accepted accuracy levels. Responsible for day-to-day transaction processing and assisting the Record-to-Report (R2R) Team Manager in workload management, supervising Officers & Executives in transaction processing and conducting data & process analysis as required.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant-5 - 10 years of work experience in a similar role
Knowledge of statutory requirements in relation to General Ledger, Inter company, Fixed Assets Accounting & Reporting and Master Data Governance System management
- Strong working knowledge of local tax and other statutory requirements in relation to Associated controls and procedures
- Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for Accounting & Reporting process
- Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change
- Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of Asia languages added advantage.
