Role:

- NBFT is expanding its activities to serve clients for their Accounting, MIS, and Reporting needs. NBFT is seeking to hire a senior accountant at Team Leader ("TL") level. The TL will be expected to lead a team to deliver accounting finance and solutions to US-based clients. The work may cost and inventory control requirements.

Required skills and competencies :

- ICWA / M. Com qualification

- Candidates with a CPA qualification will be preferred

- At least 8-10 years experience in US accounting including account finalization and US tax filing

- Hands-on experience of Cloud-based accounting software / ERPs

- Analytical mind capable of solving complex problems

- Ability to manage multiple clients concurrently

- Experience managing a team of 8-10 people

- Planning, organizing, and time management skills
