Team Lead - University Relations/Campus Recruitment - BPO/ITeS/Consulting

Job Description :

Strategy :

- Partners with local and global leaders to assess recruiting needs of the business and develop the appropriate recruiting strategy and programs to deliver top talent

- Focuses on building skills of field cadre to enable recruiting excellence and increase brand loyalty

- Develops sources of diverse candidates to help achieve the business' Diversity & Inclusion goals

- Builds and maintains an annual calendar of events, programs, training, and talent cultivation to drive a steady pipeline of external talent into the organization

Program Delivery :

- Schedules and conducts recruiting events at key colleges and universities in partnership with field cadre as needed

- Identifies, sources and evaluates prospective candidates through the "On Campus Recruiting" process; interviews prospective candidates and produces a rank order of recommended candidates

- Identifies and partners with on-campus/virtual campus champions to drive attendance at recruiting events and drive interest

- Provides training, as necessary, in interviewing and assessment techniques

- Provides recruiting activity reports as requested

- Tracks key recruiting indicators to determine the effectiveness of current recruiting programs and makes adjustments as necessary

Digital Strategies :

- Ensures virtual programs are a key part of the recruiting process

- Together with Marketing, creates recruiting collateral, digital campaigns, brand building initiatives, and other strategies and assets to connect prospective team members with the brand

- Monitors third-party tools (Glassdoor, Handshake, etc.) and partners with others as needed to provide employer perspective

- Remains abreast of industry and company trends and is able to discuss these trends with students

Leadership :

- Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for students

- Provides career counseling when appropriate
