About the job:

- As our new Team Lead for our Trading Surveillance team, you will be a part of the Financial Crime Surveillance.

- The Trading Surveillance team is responsible for identifying, analyzing and reporting suspicions Market Abuse (MA) activity.

- The team is also responsible for the development, and implementation of systems, calibrating measures for detection/analysis.

Responsibility:

- Leading a newly formed team of Trading Surveillance Officers, responsible for 1st level reviewing of market abuse alerts by analyzing data on client profile, activity, and market information

- Conclude on 1st level review, and if needed escalating to 2nd level

- Collaborating with Head of Financial Crime Surveillance at HQ, and develop the team to ensure the desired level of motivation, engagement and performance

Qualification:

- 6+ years of Experience working with Trading Surveillance/Market Abuse (hence Insider Trading and Market Manipulation)

- Experience and strong capabilities with people management

- Experience working within an international the Financial Industry

- Master's degree within Business Admin., Finance, Economics or related educations

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel + VBA and other MS Office programs

- Preferably experience with Actimize surveillance system (not a requirement)

- Preferably experience with SQL (not a requirement)

- Highly structured, analytically skilled with attention to details

- Good understanding of trading products offered the bank.

- Self-motivated, independent and with high standards of work ethics

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
