Team Lead - Trade Sales - Finance Product

1. Team leader position managing sales of Trade Finance product suite related across the entire spectrum of Bank's clients. Meet the target for:

- Revenue targets (Fee & Book size)

- Limits utilized level for trade products and associated throughputs.

- Acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow the Trade finance business.

2. Structure solutions for trade finance related requirements of clients. Process Improvements and new Product Development ideas, to achieve incremental cross-sell/increased share of wallet.

3. Ensure the steady flow of transaction banking business.

4. Meet agreed revenue targets for Trade Finance business. Meet agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions.

5. Have a thorough understanding of RBI guidelines/internal bank processes and provide structured solutions to clients.
