Position: Team Lead - IT Recruitment
Experience: 2- 5 Years
Location: Bangalore (Work fro office)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruitment, Training & Development of Recruiters
- Creating a team of 3-5 Recruiters.
- Work as SPOC for client and fulfilling their hiring mandates.
- Relationship management with client.
- Achieving direct and team target of joining.
- Learn, explore and adopt the modern and latest technology in recruitment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing, ensure attendance of candidate in interview, offer negotiation, timely joining and retention completion
- Maintaining all MIS and be updated with the latest affairs.
- Making new clients to ensure regular requirement flow for growing team size.
- Ensure no. of internal team size is maintained as per approved budget.
