Team Lead - Talent Acquisition - Pharmaceutical

Job Description :

- Managing the execution of end to end recruitment process.

- Managing a team of recruiters to fulfill the hiring needs.

- Planning and execute hiring plan for a business account.

- Source and screen CV, schedule interviews & negotiate offers for mid-senior level candidates

- Ensure smooth functioning of the recruitment process while complying with the relevant procedures and policy guidelines.

- Achieve the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT.

- Manage internal stakeholders and ensure that business meets their hiring numbers.
