Role & Responsibilities
- Review, maintain & update open orders as assigned
- Team Leader may be aligned by geographical territory and/or Account type
- Represent Cambay Healthcare with the contracted facilities to ensure timely & accurate delivery of filled orders.
- Review all submissions/candidate files prior to forwarding to facility for consideration
- Collaborate with Recruitment Team to apprise of submission, offer, rejection, open need statuses
- Manage the submission pipeline
- establish relationship with facility to improve conversion rates of submissions to offers.
- Must have good hold on full recruitment cycle especially Delivery part
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Have 2+ years in US Staffing and 1+ years of US healthcare recruitment experience and experience in managing a team of recruiters.
- Strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills
- Should have managed a group of 3+ people
- Able to self-drive, handle the team and perform under minimum supervision
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
- Ability to set and execute a clear vision, strategy, and/or goals
- Continuously improve work processes rather than accepting the status quo.
- Know or learn what is needed to deliver results and successfully Compete it Possess solid knowledge and understanding of the training industry, trends, current learning technologies, assessments, and survey platforms

- Computer experience with basic Microsoft office suite

Additional Notes
Shall report to Manager or higher authority dependent upon current organizational structure.
