General Position Description:
- Good understanding of IOO and Custody Reconciliation and exception research functions.
- Ability to manage projects and actively engage with CMG/PMO with strict deadlines. Independently able to undertake project scoping, process mapping, data-gathering, feasibility study and propose solutions.
- Stake holder management - Communicate, issue management and address potential roadblocks with resolutions.
- Demonstrate quick learning abilities for any new reconciliation tasks/change in process quickly with minimum lead-time
Minimum Requirements:
- Good Knowledge on Reconciliation activities in TLM
- Knowledge on Custody GFS Operations, IOO and NTAM
- Exposure to breaks identification and investigation process in depth
- Good Understanding of different formats of feeds, Swift formats etc.
- Experience in handling feeds issues, automation activities in and around TLM
- Prompt and accurate response to the client queries
- Good escalation/issues management skills
- Strong ability and keen interest to analyze/ interpret data linkages and strive for improvements.
- Good knowledge of MS office and proficiency in MS Excel
- Good Communication and documentation skills
