Designation: Team Lead

Role & Responsibility:

Strategic

- Business Planning. Designing and implementing the strategy that maximizes revenues, overall operations pertaining to client service.

- Achievement of annual revenue targets by ensuring defined monthly & quarterly targets by effective service delivery.

- Handling the activities related to the company's policies, guidelines, Vision, Values and Strategy.

Client management

- Daily client coordination, regular client meeting, client satisfaction CRM (client relationship management), ensuring client delight.

- To be the most preferred consultant of every client.

- Client expansion.

- Getting senior level mandates from client.

- Getting mandates from clients on first priority.

Service delivery

- Service Delivery (fulfilling all the manpower requirements received). Ensuring team target achievement and also each team members follows proper process defined and uses all tools like portal, database, ref, mapping, LinkedIn search etc.

- Ensuring prompt and quality response on every mandate received

- To provide solution to team on typical, exhaustive, critical and senior position - if required work on those positions -lead from front

- Maintaining proper master MIS, To do regular weekly review, daily position audit, bimonthly TL TM meet

- To work on senior level mandate , especially VP and above

Team management

- To work with HR team for team building, Ensuring implementation of rules and process

- To manage team in unbiased manner.

- Providing regular and timely feedback to team

- Providing regular inputs to team for up gradation.

- Team motivation, team training, and team retention.

- Ensuring growth of every team members and incentive.

Competency Skill:

- Good knowledge of entire recruitment process.

- Open for learning.

- Extremely good in communication and interpersonal skills.

- Well versed and regular updating with industry specific trends
