Team Lead/Senior Analyst - IT Recruitment

We are looking for Team Lead or Snr Analyst - IT Requirements ( Its a individual contributor role) for the one off the MNC based out of delhi/ncr

Job Description :

- 6+ Years of experience into IT Recruitment.

- Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written) is a MUST.

- Knowledge or Understanding of Computer Science/Software/ IT background is a Must.

- Experience in Computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) is a MUST.

- Ability to search resumes, technically screen the prospective candidates, negotiate rates etc.

- Serve as an ambassador of our firm when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the firm.

- Identify and the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.

- Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates.

- Well versed with technology and associated jargon. Ability to discuss technology to a limited extent as required by the profile.
