- Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our products and services

- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational guidelines

- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 investment sales professionals

- Achieve sales targets and provide regular training on products and markets

- Resolve operational issues to improve conversion rates

- Build and manage team cadence toward daily SOPs

Requirements:

- 7-13 years of experience in Financial sales, with a focus on PMS & Mutual Fund sales

- Prior experience in team management within a sales environment

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach

- Strong networking skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members

- Sound knowledge of financial services products and industry trends
