- Preferences:- Local candidates with relevant experience and good communication skills
- Working Days:- Any 6 days working as per the requirement
- About the Role:-
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the inbound business team with Our Client. As a Team Lead, you will work with high-intent inbound clients with investments of 50 lakhs and above. You will lead a team of Investment Specialists who invest in Our Client's PMS and MF investment strategies. Your responsibilities will include acquiring, developing, and retaining relationships with clients across India.
- Responsibilities:
- Implement a metric-driven approach to solve the sales funnel.
- Maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of Our Client's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organization's guidelines.
- Manage a team of 10-15 Investment salespeople.
- Deliver sales targets for the team.
- Regularly train the team on products and markets.
- Resolve operational issues for the team to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain team cadence toward daily SOPs.
- Requirements:
- Prior team management experience in sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, with strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to maintain a productive climate and motivate, mobilize, and coach team members.
- Sound knowledge of financial services products and services.
