Team Lead - Sales

Key responsibilities :

Roles & Responsibility:

- Responsible for leading Therapist team in terms of revenue generation via field sales.

- Taking full ownership of therapist side sales revenue target for allocated city / cities

- Understand the entire business revenue flow and organize the sales training in order to derive max. efficiency from each therapist within team.

- Coordination & working with different teams for smooth sales punching and data maintaining.

- Updating the management team with progress, challenges, and developments on a periodic basis.

Key Metrics :

- Ensure on 100% achievement of MoM sales targets, and maintain consistency.

- Ensuring all the therapists in team are scaling up in sales and min. 90% of the team contributing & achieving standard target nos.

- Supporting the team with the right sales process for increasing conversions wherever required.

- Ensure optimum utilization of all team members

- Regular meet with therapist on sales training and keeping the team motivated
