Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage & Handle a team of 7-8 inside sales representatives.
- Monitor & train the inside sales representatives on industry best practices.
- Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors.
- Provide continuous business development opportunities and achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets for the team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
- Responsible for generating revenue in Ed Tech space.
- Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales.
Skills:
- Effective team player, self-motivated, require minimal management or guidance.
- Competent with CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong aptitude for planning and time management.
- Ability to Negotiate and provide guidance.
