Hiring Team Lead Risk & Compliance for Leading MNC Brand
Role & responsibilities:
- To promote and ensure make risk management is an integral part of daily operations within the organisation.
- Driving risk assessments as per the approved annual plans, monitor escalation, and mitigation plans in coordination with business stakeholders for risk identified.
- Own, maintain, and annually update policies, procedures, and other governance documents, as necessary.
- Support Board and Executive Management level document / presentations. Develop detailed, data driven narratives to inform CHRO of risk levels, mitigations, and impacts.
- Perform operational deep dives on risk and compliance-related processes and systems. -Understand organisation business processes, regulations and controls, work with partners to identify root cause of issues.
- Serve as primary contact for Risk Management policy and to advise the business on its implementation.
- Participate in Audits, Compliance investigations as and when required
Preferred candidate profile :
Education : Postgraduate Chartered Accountant + Certified Risk Professional (Preferred if available)
Experience :
- Big4 Work Experience - Minimum 4 years.
- 6 years or more with core post qualification experience in Risk Management / Analysis
- Enterprise Risk Management Principles & Fundamentals (Must have)
- Risk Assessment and Analysis, working knowledge of ISO 31000 (Must have)
- Working / functional knowledge of RSA Archer, has used Archer previously. (Good to have)
- Financial Acumen and accounting literacy (Must have)
- Big 4 trained. (Must have)
