a) Performance management processes and systems - Management of annual performance management processes - Develop POV, guidelines and templates to ensure timely implementation and quality of performance management system.
b) Creating a Functional Competency Framework for Rewards Professionals across the group
- Understanding the roles and responsibilities of Compensation and Benefits.
- Identifying and categorizing competencies required.
- Developing proficiency scale with detailed definitions.
c) Involved in the design and implementation of systems & processes for effective Total Rewards delivery for people.
d) To Lead the Global Mobility Project which entails developing Group's Mobility Value proposition, framework development and designing of customized policies basis the different segment within mobility
e) To benchmark compensation with that of the market (Global/Regional) on remuneration information as well as remuneration practices
f) Designing reward and recognition scheme.
g) Manage Performance differentiation, Bell Curves, Normalization Processes, Rewards linkages, Performance cycle Calenderisation, etc
h) Manager performance management processes for timelines adherence, quality & consistency.
i) Provide input to performance processes via research on rating biases etc. and conduct feedback and assessment surveys on performance processes.
j) Review the current training modules and make necessary changes basis the context.
k) Produce education and awareness material on performance management for use by business to drive performance conversations.
