Job Description :

- Responsible for running of day to day operations pertaining to Retail Liabilities for Central Processing Unit (CPU).

- Thorough knowledge of KYC requirements and other required compliance.

- Responsible for day to day management of the unit .

- Responsible for implementation and integration of Account Maintenance processes with the support of Unit Head.

- Ensure that all processes related to Account Maintenance are in place, consistent with overall enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.

- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors when required

- Effective stakeholder management with all departments involved in the process .

- Managing exceptions and taking relevant authorisations for the same.

- Motivate the team, recognise and reward the team members from time to time.

- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring, quality measurement, TAT, productivity and achievements are met consistently.

- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors when required

- Continuous feedback to unit members and unit manager on processes and activities with a focus on bringing in improvement

- Maintain data on activities and provide regular MIS on for review with Senior Management & Business

- Plan for shift requirements for the unit.

- Provide regular training to the team members on processes and systems
