- Drive vision, strategy & execution of the digital wealth management initiative of Company.
- Will be responsible for leading the digital wealth management offering for clients building the roadmap to drive strategic business objectives forward with an innovative lens.
- Demonstrate considerable domain expertise, thereby helping in creating compelling & efficient communication with clients through a team of driven Relationship Managers.
- Responsible for providing Sales leadership and guidance to your team with regards to Digital user experience, strategy & building top of the sales funnel & subsequent deal making.
- The role would involve hand holding Relationship Managers with managing & guiding clients financial investments journey from time to time through a personalized omnichannel experience.
- Measure team productivity & implement necessary call to actions.
- Must have the ability to understand the client at a deep level, including client psychology & preferences. Reflect deep empathy for clients lifecycle by analyzing correlations between the client's past and current actions during market cycles through the wealth accumulation and de-cumulation phase.
- Reflect fiduciary responsibility for the team with guided decision making with product comparisons during evaluation of portfolio's / goals etc.
- Demonstrate ability to think and execute aspects of client investment journey covering financial planning, portfolio allocation & tax harvesting.
- Build and fortify company wide cross-functional relationships working closely with business heads & executing strategies across better engagement models & higher share of wallet
