Team Lead - Relationship Banking

LOCATION - Kolkata

CTC - 13 lac to 15lac + incentives and other components.

POSITION - Team Lead - RELATIONSHIP BANKING

Responsibilities:

- To handle a team of Priority Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers

- Enhancing engagement of High Net Worth customers through joint call

- Ensuring Sales across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, and online trading etc. and achieving the Branch targets

- Ensuring the Income Product Holding (IPH) of the Relationship manager Portfolio and initiating thrust on Cross sell

- Monitoring quality sales and processes in the Relationship Managers portfolio

- Recruitment and training of Relationship Manager"s Team.

- To ensure maintenance of updated Relationship File

- Achievement of Relationship Manager targets

- Business Performance

- Portfolio Management

Requirements :

ONROLLS TEAM handling profiles from BANKING / BFSI managing business from HNI customers through sales of variety of financial products.

Note :

1. Candidates from Kolkata ( in & around ) / localite / native will be preferred .

2. Strong stability in cv required .

3. Current / previous banking experience mandatory.
