FlexAbility is the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division of ABC Consultants. As an RPO partner for our clients, FlexAbility acts as the company's internal recruitment function for a portion of or all the jobs in the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Looking for someone with Sales/Support/Commercial/R&D or Leadership hiring experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of resources which includes Recruiters, Sourcers, and Administrator
- Facilitate talent development, succession planning, and team coaching activities
- Leverage and implementation of various behavioral assessment tools for evaluation
- Manage invoicing for the account and related transactions such as over and under billing.
- Lead internal talent platform with a view to enhance internal talent pool and improve internal mobility within Medtronic.
- Process owner and trusted advisor to HR partners and Business stakeholders and ensure process is efficient.
- Manage all vendor relationships including conducting regular vendor reviews
- Provide bespoke recruitment service for all Leadership hiring within R&D, Sales & Commercial business
- Facilitate conversations that involve workforce planning for the commercial business in India subcontinent region when required
- Monitor on-boarding & advice the business in issues related to Cross borders transfers, internal transfers, relocation, new hire requests, replacement hires etc
- Maintaining the recruitment dashboard which captures the different stages of recruitment in real time and ensure the dashboard is shared regularly with key HR & business stakeholders
- Provide business stakeholders with relevant and bespoke market intelligence & position of the brand in the talent market & make recommendations on how to enhance the brand in the market.
