Urgent opening for a Team Lead role with an MNC FMCG RPO Client in the Gurgaon location.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven TA lead who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Someone who is passionate about hiring across different geographies. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, enterprising person with impeccable communication and recruitment skills.

Please Note: This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability, and you would be deployed to the client location (Not a contract role)

Experience: 7+ years

Key Accountabilities :

- Outstanding, excellent Interpersonal communication skills. Verbal speech and written communication skills have to be very articulate and concise, compulsorily!

- Proven experience of 7-10 years of in full-cycle recruitment (FMCG, Consumer durables industries will be preferred)

- Very Strong Stakeholder Management Skills.

- Leading a team of 5-8 members.

- 5-6 years of team leading experience

- Interface between recruiters and agencies when required, gaining necessary information to ensure both parties remain informed. Lead discussions on open roles with hiring managers and document recruitment plans.

- Develop an awareness of the organization's business and the wider sector in order to communicate the key selling points to engage prospective candidates.

- Experience in candidate selection and recruitment within FMCG, Consumer durables, RPO or Shared Services sectors will be an added advantage.

- Proven experience from/in the FMCG industry! Knowledge of multiple hiring profiles, across multiple clients would be considered as an advantage.
