Role : Team Lead - Quality
Responsibilities:
1) The person will be responsible for creating a continuous improvement culture across the global BPO by fostering the six-sigma methodology
2) The person has to ensure the Continuous Improvement approach across Engagements and Centres
3) The person will be responsible for mentoring Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt projects as required.
4) Fosters the global sharing of innovation, new methodologies and best practices.
5) Supports QMS implementation as required
Desire Candidature:
1) Bachelors degree in any field
2) Certification in Black Belt is a must
3) The person will work on general shifts
4) Demonstrated practical experience in quality management systems in an ISO certified organization
5) Motivation to up-skill in Quality concepts, principles, practices and techniques
6) Demonstrated success in delivery of change management.
7) Demonstrated coaching expertise
8) Preferred with BPO experience of 2-3 years in quality profession
