- We have a client base of more than 300 companies and have offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Delhi to cater to these requirements.. Presently we have an excellent opportunity with one of our esteemed client. Job Position: Team Lead (Quality). Experience: 7+ years. Job Location: Bangalore.


Compensation: Best in Industry. Other facilities: Cab facility. Shift Timing: Rotational Shift / Night shift (With Allowance).


- Position Overview. Team Leader leads a team of a team size 20 -25 members and ensures that daily service delivery targets are met/exceeded.. Individuals in this position coordinate and manage relationships by building a successful interface between the process team and internal/external stakeholders


Experience:


- Overall experience of 7+ in US healthcare with 2-3 years of experience in Enrollment & Maintenance preferred. Excellent analytical & reporting skills. Good interpersonal skills. Stakeholder management. Demonstrates successful execution of macros & automation


- Possess good Lean/Six Sigma knowledge. Six Sigma GB Trained/Certified would be an advantage. Skills And Competencies. Overall experience of 7+ in US healthcare with 2-3 years of experience in Enrollment & Maintenance preferred.. Possess good Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.


- Six Sigma GB Trained/Certified would be an advantage.. Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.. Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, quality models, techniques and tools to support task performance.


- Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards.. Work with functional managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the teams requirements.


- Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams.. Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team. Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
