Prior Team Leading experience in Private Banking a must for atleast 2 year. Overall Private Banking experience of 7+years a must

Job Description

Build a team of private bankers

- Drive the revenue through the team

- Build a pipeline of clients/opportunities for making the business profitable

- Analyze financial, tax and credit needs of the customer and presents creative solutions. Identify opportunities to actively cross-sell all products and services as appropriate

- Understand competitive environment and develop strategies to retain and win new business

- Utilize financial statement analysis skills to advise the client of the options and opportunities available for them to achieve maximum performance of their assets and liabilities

Desired Traits and Skills

- Minimum of 7+ years of private banking/wealth management experience

- Team building capabilities

- Discretion and trustworthiness

- Ability to build strong relationships with discerning clients

Knowledge and understanding of financial marketsOpportunity:
