Location: Malad, Mumbai Job Purpose: - BAAS Ops teams handle Onboarding, Recon, Settlement, Billing, Regulatory Reporting for clients across PPI, MAB - POS, Nodal among other products within bank. - There is need for a team lead to manage all above activities and also bring in industry best practices as business will continue to expand. - Candidate should have complete knowledge of POS Acquiring &amp; Prepaid cards Process, candidate should be familiar with all the regulatory &amp; compliance guidelines related to the process. In-depth knowledge of Network guidelines such as VISA/Mastercard/Rupay. Position Responsibilities: (along with % time consumed in the role) 1. Supporting Product &amp; Business team's during deal discussions with customers - 10% 2. Monitoring and controlling Setup &amp; BAU activities- 15% 3. Monitoring and controlling Billing &amp; Invoicing activities - 15% 4. Timely reporting &amp; action basis guidelines laid down by regulators - 10% 5. Manage Team, Train and Lead them in day to day functions and also implement changes to achieve team and organization objectives. - 50%
