- Providing e-recruitment solutions to Corporates and Manpower consultants through various concepts as Database Access, E-applications, Job listings

- Pitching in different recruitment solutions provided by job portal.

- Handle accounts as well as generating new business from an area.

- Upgrade current accounts to higher value.

- Client Servicing

- Strong analytical ability.

- Strong organizational skills

- Maintain communication with the sales team on monthly target.

- Helping lead the Sales strategy of the business and also functional design of the Employer part of the system.

- Managing the team, delegating responsibilities

- Managing, Monitoring & Maintaining strong relationship with key clients & associates at all levels.
