Team Lead - Policy Manager - Tractor Loan/Commercial Vehicle Financing

JOB TITLE : Policy Manager - TL

REPORTS TO : Policy Head - CV

JOB ROLE

- Conceptualizing & formulating risk strategies & policies for Tractor Loan /CV business.

- Monitor & control portfolio metrics through key TTD metrics like Profile mix, CIBIL mix, Age mix, Risk Band mix, customer segment mix etc

- Continuous review of portfolio on key performance indicators like FEMI, Coincidental, Portfolio health, POF etc & taking policy action whenever required.

- Continuous identification of additional data avenue for segmentation for cross sell opportunity.

- Ongoing liaising with IT, Credit and BIU teams to ensure all policies & processes are implemented smoothly

- Portfolio risk management exposure of tractor loan.

- Data analysis and taking policy action.

- Making process improvement/ enhancement post requirement gathering or sample check

- Periodic review/ Audit of system to check policy & process & suggest areas of improvement.

- System & file audit to prevent fraud

- Conducting UAT. Monitoring them for their performance.

- Initiating legal actions for critical cases.

- Designing of credit/risk scorecards.

- Designing and implementation of Business rule engines enabling real time decisioning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for collection efficiency on timely manner, thus delivering targeted performance.

- Responsible for Effective Cost Management.

- Understanding & Managing Healthy Portfolio.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

- Graduate or Post Graduate.

- 8 - 15 yrs experience in Tractor Loan or Commercial Vehicle financing is a must.

- Good communication and pleasing personality.

- High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
