Team Lead- Organization Effectiveness
- Assist Head in design of compensation packages in align with the company's strategic plan
- Prepare, coordinate for manpower & pay budgets, track of wage cost
- Ensure compliance of all reward practice (internal & external)
- Draft job descriptions, ensure job mapping and job analyses and classifications
- Conduct/ participate salary survey, hiring data analysis and market research for benchmarks & result analysis for appraisal decisions
- Ensure the complete employee data availability, timely updation & accuracy in HR system
- Review of salary revisions as per the benchmark/ parity for retentions
- Implement & ensure process of tracking progression from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations (individual, supervisor & HOD levels)
- Ensure that staff in their business areas complete their appraisals within the set timelines
- Prepare Appraisal reports of their business areas and forward to the Performance Analysis & Reporting Manager for consolidation
- Conduct effective productivity monitoring in liaison with Manager, Performance Analysis & Reporting to ensure achievement of set performance targets
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports to each Line Manager on attainment of goals, PIP and development plans, followup for closures
- Monitor & ensure the timely & accurate Payroll, F&F inputs
- Audit closures on Payroll and F&F without any observations
- Ensure timely completion of employee probation reviews (with performance review) and applicable letter issuance
- Ensure timely completion of employee development program and documentation's with approvals
- Monitor & ensure timely completion of employee reward practices - spot awards, star awards, long service awards etc
- Monitor & ensure timely completions of employee engagement activities within budget
- Satisfactory completion of timely strategic HR projects on compensation, Talent Mgt, Performance Mgt etc
