Role Summary:

The role holder is responsible for managing the operational risk governance and analytics unit, the product and process approval framework, managing the operational risk related activities for the liabilities portfolio, service excellence, and the support functions of the Bank. The role also entails preparing notes for management and board on periodic basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the SPOC for policies & processes for operational risk, product and process approval framework, records management and user defined applications

- Managing the Operational Risk Management committee, the product and process approval committee and related activities

- Managing the reporting of operational risk related aspects to senior management, various committees and the regulators from time to time

- Design and implementation of automation projects for operational risk and product and process approval

- Operational risk loss data management, stress testing and capital computation

- Managing the operational risk related activities i.e. RCSA/ thematic reviews, KRI, events, VRR for units forming part of the liabilities portfolio, service excellence, and the support functions of the Bank.
