Team Lead - Non IT Recruitment
- Urgent opening for a Team Lead - Sourcing Non-Tech for one of our MNC Investment banking and financial RPO Clients.
- Looking for someone with 8-12+ years of experience, with a background in the BFSI, who has managed a team of 4-6 members.
- Finance, front office, IPB, AFC, ALCR, risk, MVRM, non-financial risk, enterprise risk management, and IBCB are required hiring skill sets that must have been worked on.
Location : Goregaon, Mumbai
Exp : 8-12 years
Working hours : 5 days, day shift (WFO)
Please Note : This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability, and you would be deployed to the client location (Not a contract role).

The ideal Candidate is a self-motivated, enterprising person with impeccable communication and recruitment skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience of 8-12 years in full-cycle recruitment with prior experience of handling 4-8 team members and driving exceptional hiring outcomes consistently
- In-depth knowledge of talent systems and recruitment tools like ATS.
- Excellent presentation, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills
- A Sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company's success
- MBA/ PG in Human Resources or a similar relevant field
- Should have considerable exposure in Non-Tech hiring in the domains of BFSI.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in the staffing industry, preferably within TA Department
- Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles through ATS, CRM, etc.
- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches,
- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- A degree in any discipline is desirable.
