Responsibilities:
1) Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership to a team of Relationship Managers, guiding their professional development and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing excellence in client service and achievement of business targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback.
2) Client Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the management of mid corporate client portfolios, ensuring strategic and personalized financial solutions.
- Lead the team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to address client needs and resolve escalated issues.
3) Business Development:
- Drive the team's efforts in business development, prospecting, and client acquisition within the mid corporate sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share expansion.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
4) Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee risk assessments for client portfolios, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor credit exposure and work closely with the risk management team to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
5) Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze team performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance insights.
- Provide regular updates on team achievements, challenges, and market trends.
